That's stealing for God's sake, I didn't get my onion bhaji OR the full money back for it!They hang up on you when you call to complain. I order a mixed grill£ £26 and butter chicken £11.95 . they send seekh kabab and chicken tikka instead of full grill as they run out chips , wings and lamb cubes. In butter chicken they just send 3/4 peices of cubes and rest is masala it’s not even worth for £4 but they charged £11.95.I rang and asked for refund , they said they can’t give refund but order food as compensation . After waiting 1.5 hours I msg ,their reply we can’t deliver as they have no delivery man. What a poor service and food they have.They don’t even deserve 1 star .

This used to be our favourite restaurant in the area a couple of years ago but despite what it says on google it has now closed down. However, it still lets you make orders on the app which TAKES YOUR MONEY without anyway of getting it back. It's shameful how they have scammed us, and I can see from the comments, they have done this to other people. Such a disappointing end from very loyal customers.

Can’t believe people can be so rude expect the earth and then attack a business ! Whenever I have eaten there the food has been IMPECCABLE and VERY TASTY .People have no idea at all how hard it is to run a food business.As for the waiter that has left a review because he wasn’t paid for 2 weeks your lucky as most people in the country get paid 1 month in arrears. His review needs to be reported as it’s an employment issue and nothing to do with him being a customer.If people order a take away and it’s late it’s because the restaurant does good food and is busy !!!

The food was ok, but the place needs lots of improvement.The cleaning issue is urgent to sort out.The baskets were the naan were served were sticky and dirty. The glasses were smellyI'm not so picky but it's a shame that a place so big like that restaurant is not well maintain. The toilets were awful!! It looked like it wasn't cleaned for a while.

Ordered food for delivery, payment taken. No food arrived. Called to ask where it was and was told it would be 30mins. Waiting 60mins, still nothing. Couldn't get through on the phone. Went to the restaurant to be told they cannot make my order as they are closed, yet there are people eating in the restaurant. When I questioned further it was clear they had no intention of calling to let us know. Took the payment though. After a heated argument they are making something. Who knows what we might get. Will NEVER order from here again.

EXCELLENT TASTING FOOD AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN !!! I can’t believe some of the reviews and peoples expectations when dealing with a business. Some people are so rude and so ungrateful. Whenever my dad comes over he will ONLY eat food from here as they know how to cook a proper curry. There is a reason why they had 12 branches !! Very friendly lovely staff and good food here !!!! Best in Coulsdon !!!

Had an amazing meal with great service, really tasty food. The kids loved the tandoori lamb chops so they didn't last long. They also loved the fresh Mango Lassi too.Our favourite dish was the lamb byrianiFirst time visiting but won't be our last ??

The quality is so disappointing now. Before it was so good, it was different.£2.50 for a CAN! there was nothing say about the size so for £2.50 I was expecting a bottle. I ordered chips and I got crisp instead they over cooked so much I got CRISP.
Dropped in for a quick lunch after booking table on the Fork, Food was very tasty and price very reasonable. Restaurant very basic however serves its purpose and will be back.

PLEASE AVOID this place!!! I never write bad reviews, but not this time...I placed an order via uber eats, order arrived on time, but the driver was confused and wasn't sure which order was mine. I opened the first one in front of him and it wasn’t our. When I opened the second package, it didn't look like our order either. I called the "restaurant " while the driver was still waiting and they said that it was my order. When I fully opened it, it turned that they didn't have a fish tikka and gave me chicken wings instead without asking (my wife doesn't eat meat). Instead of 5 pieces lamb tikka, they gave me 5 pieces of chicken tikka. When I explained to the man over the phone he was very relaxed about it, and wasn't very helpful. I said in this case I will give them honest rewiew just to warn other customers... he replied, "OK, F..k off," then put the phone down on me. I really felt like going there myself to ask him to say that again...I called back, I believe someone else answered and told me that the person I spoke to is gone now. Man explained that they didn't have a fish and would give me some more next time and put the phone down also.NEVER AGAIN!!!

Pathetic service, placed an order which was first over an hour an 20 minutes late. They informed me via the app that the food had left, I then rang the restaurant as it still hadn't arrived. Only to be told the food was still sitting in the restaurant and they were still waiting for a driver. Then delivered to wrong address. Avoid these idiotic clowns.. you'll never get your order. Looking at the reviews the average wait time is 2 hrs.. even 1 star is too generous...
