KATE MILLS

Lovely little Sunday morning spot in Brent Cross. Quick service and plenty of seating in the sunshine.

Very relaxing eat and drink inside and out side in open fresh air.

Friendly staff. Clean store. Inside and outside seating. Good selection of coffees and foods. Clean and fairly large inside. Handy for popping into, before or after shopping.

Absolute lack of customer service. Ignorant and rude staff ... I am loving other branches ... I will avoid this one al all cost ! Aurelian who served me has been an example of an employee who shod not be welcome back !

Normally like this Costa, but was today dealt with by a spectacularly rude member of staff and won’t be going back.\\n\\nAdded to which it seems you can only go in if you have downloaded the track and trace app. The option to give your details on paper as many other cafes / restaurants allow you to do doesn’t seem to be there. For this reason I will no longer be going to any Costa.

Love this Costa we come here every week once or twice. Lovely view from the window, amazing staff, coffee always delicious. Never had any bad experiences even if it busy staff stays calm, friendly, professional and makes great coffee. I really recommend it.

Gimme a cinnamon latte. Ooh I love it. Or the gingerbread....but if you come round here with your exotic flavourings of chai tea latte, I'd say..."OI! BARRISTA....NOOO! Thats one step too far. You can take your eastern spices that belong in beautifully constructed and seasoned tarka dahl out of my very rugged and manly coffee... I wanted a nice aromatic and enlivening morning caffeine hit...I do not intend dunking a poppadom. Ooh...yes Siree... I'll have the whipped cream and the toffee sprinkles!

A cosy "away from the madding crowds" Costa Coffee Shop. Good to enjoy your coffee and a sandwich without feeling you need to eat and drink up within 5 minutes.....can't vouch for weekends but certainly pleasant and relaxing during the week...

Good coffee...stale cakes and awful frostinos which are a low budget version of a Starbucks frappucino. Had to return the cake as it was hard as a rock. Also saw flies hovering which made me sick.

Nice and relaxing. Away from the noise of main shopping centre. Staff members are very polite. Area could be slightly bigger. However, nice seating areas next to large windows, with views of the complex, and car park (I was able to monitor my car).
