Pamela, the assistant Manager was very friendly and chatted and shared a joke. Makes a hugh difference when someone is there to serve you in a happy manner. It was only a coffee, but tasted a lot better today!

I simply love this place. This is where I discovered the taste of costa coffee and since then, Costa Brent Cross shopping centre is my favourite. Due to the huge amount of people in the Mall, the baristas can sometimes do mistakes but everyone does. If you really love coffee you can forgive a mistake or two. Everyone is working hard and I appreciate it, that's why I wait for my coffee more than usual. A lot of us should learn a thing or two from that hard working team
