I normally buy coffee from Costa and the barista know how to make a coffee recently all the time when I buy is extra hot it’s burning my hand when I’m touching there cup and I don’t ask for extra hot as in my opinion extra hot taste bad .Very disappointed but will start buying from elsewhere.

I see too many comments about rude staff in other apps. The staff is really nice and polite. Some customers on the other hand they think that they own the place. Of you don't like it just go home and make your drink alone my friend. This people they're working fror their self not for you. I'm a regular there and I assure you that is the best staff and the best coffee in London

August 2023- After so many bad reviews this place already have, you would expect improvement from staff behavior but that's not the case with short hair lady who is rude and has no idea of customer service. Not only she's rude but she's a bad barista who can't get a coffee right. She used skimmed milk for my iced coffee and it tasted like water and when I complained she said you have to joining the queue again (6 people behind me in queue) and that that's not her fault that's how they make this kind of latte. I told her I go there every weekend as that my local costa and never before had I complained about this as the other ladies do it right but she went on an made me another one which tasted exactly the same. Instead of apologizing or something, she kept taking back to me in front of all the other customers and also blamed it on the milk - like the milk wasn't good that day. Send your staff to do some customer service training please.

Hello everyone I have been in costa to have my daily coffe but I have to say the STUFF is super rude with the customer and they refuse to edit your coffe the way you want it if you ask anything they start talking between them in ROMANIAN As they as all from Romania the treat you like this is them house and you are a annoying customer .. I tried to complain as one of them was always refusing and talking to me in Romanian and when I complained about it coz that’s Racist as well and you feel really abused between them least but not last they put me in the wrong position as it was my fault… I finally spoke to the manager as well Romanian and she decided as a manager to kick me out instead of solving the problem as she was blaming me as customer that it’s my fault as I don’t say hello that’s why the can be rude to me I have even the video recording of the manager kicking me out as it’s not a public area they treat customers like …. Plus they make you feel so abused and uncomfortable as they all ignore and start talking about you with each other in different language that’s so rude and hopefully I will look for the responsible as the manager was really rude and bad like the stuff and worse
