Ordered the Zinger Box meal and the wings were raw. Avoid this place at all costs if you don't want to get food poisoning. They also have the "table service" option but don't send the food to your table, you have to get up and get it, what a joke of a place.

I ordered online from Chicklewood store few items, including Mighty bucket . But what a surprise, inside was not a chicket but everything else from the order just packet in. No checken at all. Called them- ignoring , not answering. Ordered from KFC Golders green - no problem at all.

Ordered through the app. Half of the order was missing and I tried contacting the place and the staff were terribly unhelpful. They didn't understand anything I was saying, further claiming they didn't mess up. Then I presume the guy tossed the phone aside and left me on the phone for more than 5 minutes. Then kept declining my calls. Absolutely terrible service.

Never had such a bad fries and kfc burger in my whole life. I just moved from Australia and always eat KFC over there as it was my favourite . I ordered kfc fries and burger last night and I am unable to finish them. Will never eat KFC in London now. Such a terrible

Lacking!!Ordered 2 x2 piece meals. Ended up with 4 chicken drumsticks! No napkins no salt or pepper! £22.94 bill of which there was a 99p service fee ( what is this?)£2.99 delivery feeOver all very disappointing will be using Sam’s from now on !!

Pop in here. Chicken wasn't as fresh as usual. Customer service could be improved as I stood there like a Muppet waiting to be served. Price wise can't complain. Other than that 50/50 I may visit again or try Kilburn which is just down the road

Bought a 10 boneless fillet, chips and a gravy. Delivered by Just Eat Chicken and chips were lovely. Gravy was watery and lukewarm. About 3 hours after eating was bent double in pain with all the symptoms of food poisoning!! Will not order from this branch again!!!

We order vi delivery for dinner., half of my orders is Missing! Contacted restaurant for 5x and No answer at all., Whats the point having restaurant telephone number then. We ending up having Oily original chicken and chips and rest of my orders is missing!!!! First time and never order again this place., very bad experience..

The hot wings offer was on the front KFC window's, so I wanted to buy the offer and a chicken burger. One of the guy at the counter told me sorry we can not give you the offer. I really felt cheated
