I'm the regular customer who placed an order through your app. There was never an issue until today. I've placed an order at 6:50pm. First of all, my order has never been delivered after an hour of placing it. I've called your brunch to find out what happened, and I've been told to call again in 10 minutes. I've called again at 8pm, as my order still hasn't been delivered. The person who answered the phone said a new order would be papered and sent to me in about 30 minutes. I was waiting for another hour, and finally my order arrived after 9 pm. Sadly, my pizza was stone cold and dry - definitely not the standard I used to have. I've called your brunch once again to report the issue and ask for compensation, and your staff told me that I'm calling only to make an issue. I've been shocked as the person talking to me was extremely rude. I asked to speak with the manager, and the person informed me he is the manager. I informed him it's been over 2 hours since I've placed my order, and what I received is uneatable. Your manager reaction was disgraceful. He told me: 'do everyone a favour and never ordered from here again'. This is absolutely unacceptable, I've never been treating so badly by any member of your staff, in any retail or hospitality. It was extremely humiliating, unprofessional, and rude. Please let me know how we can resolve this issue.

Only giving 1 star because cant give 0.Food arrived after 2 hours 10 minutes. Cold. No one to get through to, food was cancelled on tracker so didnt even know food was coming and made another order elsewhere! First and last time ordering!

Absolutely rubbish, untrained and unprofessional staff, always make a mistake in an online order and never admit their fault. And pizza quality has significantly deteriorated. They lost a loyal customer.

Delivery drivers (mine was David) refused to deliver to the front door which was 20ft from his bike. They make you come to the street now? Never ordering from Cricklewood Papa Johns again

Delicious pizza , no problems whatsoever this time since I ordered from deliveroo .Last time I ordered from their app , my order was first cancelled after a long wait then after calling them they said it need an hour and a half to be delivered. So order from deliveroo the service will be much better.

We ordered pizza and they didn’t delivered it. On the website we noite says it was delivered. We called several time to them , and they didn’t answered the phone.

Be very very cautious when ordering with this store and Papa Johns in generalOrdered a Meaty Large Pizza for me and the Ms's.Expecting a lovely experience instead after 30 minutes we both became sick with intense stomach pain and Vomiting. -> Food Poisoning.Sorry about the details. But its important that you lot hear this.Furthermore contacted Head Office. To which they responded with a " We will investigate".No sort of offer for a refund for the toxic food nor any other method of dealing with the situation. - Again just wish to inform you readers that the head office wont even attempt to deal with the situation when customers getting sick.Shame on you Papa-johns. Did not expect food poisoning from you, Nor your cheap customer service.SHAME

Usually really good but today's delivery was just a cluster that just ruined the whole thing. First I order extra sauce, they called me told me they didn't have it, fine I asked for none then and just refund me for the sauce. They didn't they gave me a lot of some other sauce. Fine I could have looked past that, then I got my order I noticed my drink was wrong annoying but I could look past that too, opened my pizza box and my toppings were wrong. At this point I'm heated I call up the store and they argue with me for like 5 mins that it's not wrong we go back and forth I offer to come up to the store just to show him he finally says "meat is meat anyway " so this man knew he was wrong and was gaslighting me about it
