Nice pub close to the station with cute outside space. The staff is kind and well trained and the selection of drinks is good.

From 2-4PM you can have your Sunday roast while a trio plays some great live jazzfunk & cover versions of pop anthems. Very satisfying, even if I haven't actually eaten here in a while.

Went out for dinner with the girls last night. Then headed over to have a drink. Found the pub looked very run down. The seating area out front used to be lovely rattan furniture now it's just table and chairs and dirty looking used to also be lit up. The ladies toilet's hand dryer looked as if it had been ripped off the wall. The whole place needs a good refurbished. I've been here on a few occasions and never has it looked as bad as it did yesterday!!!

Wonderful pub, great food - we had Sunday lunch. Staff are just the sweetest and so accommodating. There is live jazz on a Sunday. Had a great time and will definitely visit again.

Spacious, beautiful pub perched on the corner across from Willesden Underground Station, decor is nice and I love the “famous” Queensbury wallpaper. They have a secret garden out the back of the pub which is very cute and perfect for summer days, unfortunately dogs aren’t allowed as there IS astroturf, bummer but understandable! Staff are friendly and attentive, good selection of beers and an even better selection of cocktails, the raspberry daiquiri is amazing! Food looks fab and tastes delicious, there is a 12.5% service charge on food orders which I don’t mind paying as everything is what you’d want from a pub/restaurant! I don’t have anything bad to say about this pub, except when it’s dark you can’t tell it’s a pub, nor can you see the pub’s sign which is sad because it’s such a great place to spend your evenings on a date night or Sunday lunches, with your family. They also have a quiz night which Shaun Wallis from The Chase hosts, had a few fantastic evenings playing along. I cannot fault this place, I highly recommend it.

Came in Yesterday and had some of the best cocktails ive ever had, I had an Amaretto sour and my partner had an espresso martini and they were just incredible. The service from the gentleman behind the bar was great and the waitress was super intentive. We didnt eat much but we did get some sides which were lovely.I would 100% recommend this place for a friday night with your friends or for a date especially in their secret garden.Or even for the quiz with shaun wallace.

This pub, the only local in Willesden Green with any potential, is regrettably falling apart in front of our very eyes. It was never the quality gastropub it professes to be, but was a passable local. Now it’s in dire need of new ideas, a new chef, a full refurbishment (the toilets are pretty rank and the saloon smells of stale beer), a better selection of drinks, and much better thought around it’s outside spaces (both at the front and rear of the building). Since the pandemic, they erected this plastic tarpaulin at the front of the pub to provide a covered outdoor area - it’s really ugly and ironically enough has made it even less appealing to enter the pub! A lot to do to improve this place but it’s definitely got great potential (there is no competition in the area so could be a gold mine for someone who knows what they are doing and has some cash to invest). Sad to write such a negative review but it’s equally as sad to have watched this Willesden institution fall on hard times.

Meh. Only Doombar on ale tap which was dead and I had to tip away. Staff were friendly and welcoming. But the lack of ales was a massive disappointment. Dogs are not allowed in the rear garden so we had to sit by the noisy road. I probably won't go back.

Avoid! Terrible customer service and even worse food today. Made to feel like we were going to run away without paying the bill and a sceptical for 30mins to resolve a bill reduction for the food including 2 phone calls with the manager as wasn’t happy with a 15% ‘discount’. Agreed to pay for the food which wasn’t eaten in the end but in all honesty the experience was terrible and only made better by the fact I eventually spoke to the off duty manager who was the only person to acknowledge that the service and food was poor and agreed to make a further reduction. I could say so much more but to sum up I wouldn’t go here again and I advise they train their staff better, would give 0 stars if I could.

Great building and fantastic beer garden. Lot of potential. The lagers were fairly warm though which on a 30+ degree day is not ideal...

Very disappointing, Me and my other half come out last Saturday for a dinner and few drinks, we order starter and main, to our surprise both dishes come at same time, however we didn't request that, yet waitress said ohh we can put the main under the grill soo when you finish your starter I will bring the main. Eventually when the main arrived was burn, we asked for some tomatoes ketchup but never arrived ? That evening was soo quiet but the service was absolutely awful!

Awfully ran - worst customer service I've ever encountered. Went here for Sunday lunch and myself and my friend ordered 2x chicken roasts with sage and onion stuffing. When it arrived, there was no stuffing as mentioned on the menu and when questioned, they said 'no it doesn't come with it it just says it does on the menu, it comes with cauliflower cheese instead'. (The was not stated on the menu - nor did they ask if we had any allergies). My friend is lactose intolerant and is unable to eat dairy. If she knew that it contained this she wouldn't have ordered and politely asked for a refund. The manager blamed my friend for not stating her allergies and would not give a refund because of this. After a lot of discussion and narcissistic blaming - she agreed she would give only half a refund. Her whole attitude stunk and should not be working in hospitality!

My first visit to The Queensbury on Sunday 3rd June. Lovely venue, underground and bus service on its doorstep. Staff very attentive, polite and ensuring empty glasses and bottles cleared away. Had fish and chips...delicious. Beer garden is a plus. Ladies toilets very clean ??.Would definitely revisit.

Generally felt a little tired and drab in there. Big pub with lovely outside garden in the rear, but for some reason, even on a Saturday evening there was very little atmosphere and it was very quiet (despite the DJ's). Will give it another go just in case it was a one off.

Went to a private event here and this venue is great. Spacious rooms with high ceilings and unusual decor. Bar staff were friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend this for parties etc.
