Great customer service. They really make you feel welcome.Best costa I have found that actually knows how to make a proper coffee. I love a cortado and they know exactly how to make it. Other places I have to tell them how much milk to add!!!!I love it here and would definitely recommend

Some of the the staff are rude, unfriendly, and need customer service training, if you dislike your job and the customers... find a job that you don't have to mix with the General public - being disrespectful is out of order and on called for move on to another area.

This is a branch of Costa Coffee. You would think that's enough said. But it isn't. This isn't just any Costa, nor is it just any café! It's nigh on the only café in Crouch End with outside seating, and what's more: outside seating in the sun. Even in winter. Sit there with a book, or just watch the world go by. There are plenty of seats inside, too, and toilets (though, they are in true Costa style not the cleanest). The staff are brilliant, and to date I cannot fault them. There is one problem with the place though.. I'm spending far too much time and money there!

I was excited for costas promotion, but was disappointed by the service provided from staff who couldn't explain to me how the promotion worked when I was confused. Constantly telling me to read the sign, and only telling me to read the small print after my second read which still left me confused.I'd hope when I am confused and ask about why a promotion isn't working as it is advertised, the members of staff are able to explain to me in person rather than telling me to read a misleading sign and become even more confused.

Popped into this Costa, found the staff lovely, friendly and polite. I ordered a Wiltshire ham and cheese M&S toastie and a large mocha, (it was colossal)!! I also redeemed my birthday treat, a slice of birthday cake... Soft and moist but rather filling.Plenty of seating and there was a disabled toilet too. Will definitely visit again

I was treated wonderfully by Fazal the who served me with a couple of spinach and mushroom sandwiches. Very polite and pleasant service. Will be coming back.

I was first customer there last week early in the morning and I asked for croissant and It was completely stale, I’m quite sure it was not even from yesterday. Horrible experience never going there again.

Not a very clean place. Check the walls and toilets. My coffee was just nothing particularly special for the price. Not a good choice to me.
