Never answered the phone ,how is a person meant to add notes when ordering ,if on the app you cannot add notes and when you call because you have an allergy to add instructions no one pick up . Completely disappointed not nothing the food is good if the customer service is so low !!!

Ordered a regular burger without cheese.\\n\\n… gave 3 slices of cheese on top of the burger.\\n\\nAstounding.\\n\\nEither they need to shut down or fire whoever is working behind the kitchen

I tried the new vegan nuggets ( they are fabulous) the vegan royale wasn’t great I think the vegan kfc burger is 100% better, the chips were average too.\\n\\nThe reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of the customer service, I was served by a lovely man who specifically tried to pack my food and drink so I could easily hold it whilst pushing my buggy. In this life it really is the little things ?!

Has barely any seating, only one staff at the till and doesn't take promotions from the bloody app, the only reason I went there. Aweful

very handy if you hungry and rush for your train you can get your meal from this place at last mins they take 2 mins to prepare your order tell them that you have to catch your train they will make your order quickly taste is same as every burger king shop good staff.
