I AM SHOCKED, this as to be the SLOWEST SERVICE ever!!! This burger king needs more staff, its crazy. I waited about 20 maybe 30 minutes for 1 medium fries. ?

Clearly need to change their opening hours?? Says 11pm close yet everytime I go there the drive is closed and doors are locked way before 11pm!? Staff clearly want to go home and are not interested in the customers.

It's advertised as open until 11pm on a Tuesday, I got here at 10:35pm and the doors were closed. I could see one member of staff who only spoke one word of English and this was "closed" The rudeness and arrogance which he managed to convey in that one word was admirable. I'm not a vindictive person but I hope that he has a miserable future full of disappointments and unfulfilled dreams. As his current job is moping the floor, it seems as though he's well on the way to filling my heart with joy when I imagine his sad, pathetic and insignificant life. :) :) :) After wasting my time and petrol coming here, I will never visit this toilet, Burger King, again. F.O.A.D.

It was empty when we visited as in we were the only customers in the shop, the only customers. They had the AC on even though it was freezing and I got into it with the man at the till as there was no mayonnaise so I asked for sweet chilli which I got charged for even though I'm allergic to ketchup. If you don't have supply you should accommodate the customer. Either way the only way this branch is open is because of the drive through. Its terrible and I will not be returning.

I don't understanding if it's a volume thing, a staffing thing or what but the service that comes out of here is just poor. How do you deliver 1/4 of a meal and have the gall to deliver that pittance cold. And Uber is no better, you guys really do employ some unserious people. Delivering food without heat covers, not understanding how to read maps or communicate. Both of yaal are pathetic and shamefully theres nothing we can do about it. You may refund us our money, but you'll never improve the service because it doesn't make any difference I assume. Really frustrating stuff and the fact that its such basic stuff makes it all the more pathetic.

Their website says they open at 10am. on 2 occasions I’ve attempted to visit on my break . 10:05am and I’m still waiting outside to be let in. So I’m unable to buy food in time before my break runs out. Forcing me to settle for mcdonalds

Food was not rotted so it was safe to eat. The atmosphere is dead. The staff were bored with their jobs. I ordered eat in but it gave me packed in a takeaway bag.
The sheer lack of staff, the lack of cleaning and the slowness to be served is ridiculous. Ive being standing here for 15 minutes and the delivery service gets preference.The food wasnt worth the wait either. Cold and tasteless

Food was nice. Plant Based Whopper Meal was great. However service is very slow in this burger king for fast food. Long queue took almost 20 mins to be served then it took another 10 mins for the person to get reward through the system and then took 5 mins for them to get food ready. Fries could of been cooked more also.
