Food is great but the place is heavily outdated, it's like I've walked into the late 2000s, no app support so I can't order or get deals through there. I think BK should definitely invest some money into this place and bring it up to the standard of other more modern burger kings.

Went to get just a coffee. After paying for it and waiting a few minutes, I'm being told the machine is not working so they cannot offer me the coffee. Things happen so I understood even though they should've known about the issue before charging me. Second of all, they're telling me they have to refund me in cash, not by card as I have paid by card. They said if I want the refund back on card, I should come next day. I was not even offered the receipt for the transaction. First and last time they'll ever see me there.

Ordered two whopper Burger Meals to goOne was a plant based meal which they Burnt. Its awfull that they don't know how to cook properly. My partner was so hungry that she ate it regardless. Well screw you ? Burger King if this happens again I shall be resorting it to trading standards
