I recently visited Caffè Nero and had an exceptional experience. The double macchiato made with Brazilian coffee was truly remarkable—rich and perfectly balanced. The caramel latte, topped with a delightful layer of cream, was equally impressive. We also tried the tiramisu, which was simply delicious. My 17-month-old daughter enjoyed the mixed berry yogurt, a perfect treat for her. Highly recommend this place for its quality beverages and tasty treats!

Thanks for the male baristas! They seem friendlier than their female counterparts.

I went to see a friend, The coffee is great, and the cakes are nice too. I like the atmosphere, and its a nice place to go and catch up for a chat , a nice coffee and a piece of cake

I wanted to pay with an in-app gift card - the trainee couldn't get it to work, so called a female colleague who simply told me it wasn't a gift card (which it definitely was). I suspect she had no idea what the problem was, but didn't want to show herself up in front of the trainee. If she couldn't get the gift card to scan she should have offered to enter the card number and PIN code manually. To be fair this is not the first time I've had an issue with Caffe Nero and gift cards in the app - I think there's something wrong with their app, or with their QR readers. My advice - if you want a gift card don't add it to the app.

Colombian Roast Flat White was under-extracted and only milk. I asked them to replace it with a regular one that tasted not much better and it was tong burning hot. They do not train their barista properly at this location.

Incredibly odd experience with one of the staff members. Never experienced anything like it, been there many times and never had an issue, but won’t be going back, rude barista who smirked in my face the whole time she served me and was unhelpful. Really weird!

I was very pleasantly surprised that the taste of coffee I expected was strong And my coffee was well balanced, delicious cakes, me and my friend bought a few flavors and they were delicious and fresh, very affordable prices.

Very poor quality cofee for £3.50 a cup?worst customer service as if you are in a self service shop.

Great staff. Cosy. But the music is always TOO LOUD in the mornings. ( fine later in the day). People then talk more loudly and the whole environment gets loud. Worse still is you can't block out the music if it is something you don't like as it is foregroud rather background.

I go to this cafe from time to time because it’s near my college, it was fine and I didn’t face any issues. I went there today to get ginger tea, I told the woman there that I’m not wearing my glasses so I can’t see the list, she started to say all the tea so fast and I didn’t even catch them, I told her again that I want GINGER tea and she randomly started to say the tea names so fast, her colleague came asking me what kind of tea do I want and I asked again if there’s any ginger tea, the first worker said “ I repeated it 5 times “ and she gave me attitude! pardon me! Isn’t this your job? You’re getting paid for it so you have to say that it many times until the customers understand you.I’m very disappointed and shocked about what happened, very unprofessional service. Not going back again.
