Good afternoon, I have witnessed incidents with customer in your shop , customer bought sandwich , cashier on the tills name Costi asked very rudely if he wanted to hit up his sandwich, customer answered yes please , Costi said with really bad attitude , that’s because you didn’t say anything!!! . Normally he should ask the customer to heat up sandwich as every costa customer service do . this is his job to asked customer if he would like hot , very rude and aggressive behaviour, I will definitely never back to your store until you will change your staff.

Useless service and the quality of the Chai tea latte was awful . And you also get shouted at and very offensive and long waiting times. The male server Casti is exceptionally rude to the female customers. The other female staff seems completely bullied by him. Really his behaviour needs to be reported to the owner. I don't know how he can allow this rude behaviour. He definitely needs to know how to speak to female customers.

I went to this Costa and a homeless man walked in and they kept bothering him and telling him he was not allowed to have a nap. Furthermore the shop was not busy at the time. There was only like 5 people in the shop.

I popped into the sanderstead branch with my mum and brother yesterday for some sweet treats and coffee. The server was really friendly but very busy making drinks for everyone - it was busy for New Year’s day. The coffee was perfectly fine for a Costa experience and both the chocolate Rocky road and carrot cake were good.

Coffee is made way too hot, actually could be close to boiling. Ruins the taste, and burned my mouth!
Chai latte on take away. It was nice. Huge size drink. Very Fast service. Quick coffee before work. Many options available for hot and cold drinks. Variety of limited edition ones too.

I order a normal cortado , unfortunately I got a extra hot one with no milk foam at all . The worst Cortado that I tried in one of the Costa Shops !!!
