While I was waiting for my order the staff one EE lady was having some conversations with another guy possibly backstabbing about their manager. Not my business but how nice of you are as you've got the audacity to moan about your manager while serving a customer. ? Coffee was nice and well presented. However the toilet was an absolute mess and disgusting smell of urine.? I literally had to walk away. Looks like a public toilet rather than a customer toilet. While I was having my coffee I witnessed one particular woman who was not even a customer and came to the toilet three times. If you let people from outside to use your own toilet then you should maintain the cleanliness. ?

I recently visited Costa Coffee at 129-131 N End, Croydon CR0 1TL, and was absolutely delighted with the exceptional service provided by Poline. When I arrived and ordered an Americano, she checked my app and kindly informed me that I could receive a discount if I wanted to order something to accompany my coffee. Following her suggestion, I ordered an excellent pie that she recommended. While enjoying my coffee and reading, I've notice how Poline interacted with other customers. Her customer service skills are truly outstanding. She treats everyone with the utmost respect and courtesy, always with a friendly expression on her face. She's consistently ready to help in any way possible, making relevant suggestions tailored to each customer's preferences. Whenever anyone requests something, she responds immediately. I was particularly impressed by her attentiveness to the environment - promptly cleaning the floor whenever something was spilled. In one notable instance, when she saw an elderly gentleman with a walker trying to navigate between tables, she immediately moved a chair to create more space for him. Though there are other good employees at your establishment, Poline's exceptional service stands out so prominently that the others are somewhat overshadowed. Her dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to detail make the coffee shop experience truly special.

Today we have ordered Spanish latte with flat white. I asked an adviser to the customer lady with white plastic glasses ? about the Spanish latte to recommend. She don’t know how to talk and unnecessarily laughing on us, I mean trying to control laugh after seeing us and having too much of attitude and I wasnot satisfied with the body language too because she don’t know how to receive the customers in positive way. I believe she came new to uk and showing up on the customers.

Just went into Costa Coffee to get a toastie and a coffee. The female cashier was rude and aggressive. Kept making mistakes on my order. I cannot work out what she was Doing And the man doing a coffee when I politely asked him for a takeaway cup as she put me sitting in okay, aggressive towards me and was very rude if they can’t be trained properly with a bit of politeness they should be working. Customer service.

It was busy but girls at the reception were so efficient and fast to serve so we don’t had to wait longer. Coffee was great as all the Costa points. Cookies I didn’t like so much but overall good experience. Highly recommended
