I stopped in for breakfast. The food was ok and the fresh orange juice was just as described — nothing particularly special, but no complaints either. The space itself felt quite cold though, as there didn’t seem to be any heating, which made it less comfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. I also couldn’t spot any toilets on site, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, fine for a quick bite, but not the coziest place if you’re looking to linger.

I love carrot cake and have it wherever I go. I've just had the carrot cake from Clocktower Cafe and it's the best ever ?

Often come for ‘library lunch’ with our little one, and the grandparents. Friendly service. Options to please everyone and nice community feel. Nice seeing work of local artists on display.
It’s a simple cafe that does exactly what you would want and more in the middle of Croydon. It’s always paired with a visit to the children’s library and a run around at the Queens Gardens park

The Vegan Meze Salad...that is the best salad I've ever had. It was filling, hearty and unbelievable. I'm already thinking about going again just to buy it again.

Absolutely loved this café! The airy, well-lit space and artistic decor make it a perfect spot to relax. The cozy ambiance, delicious treats, and friendly staff create such a welcoming vibe. Plus, the attention to little details—like the colorful flowers and framed artwork—adds so much charm. Definitely a must-visit!

Love this cafe. Gorgeous food. Bright and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I've had lunch here a few times and their avocado and falafel salad is divine. I add halloumi, too.

Coffee is great.
Baby friendly and plenty of space for my pram.

My parents came here for brunch before I got married in the town hall and they also loved it. A great start to their day.

Great cafe with lots of different food options to suit all diets and tastes including tasty daily menu options and fresh juices. Friendly staff and relatively quick service. Food prices are fair given their quality and portion size.

Great spot in Croydon for a coffee. Big, light and airy atmosphere. Food is tasty, reasonably priced and lots of options which is usually a bad sign! Coffee and cakes were also very nice. The staff are the star of the show- friendly and wonderfully attentive. Very happy I came across this place!
