First time here.Honestly....way too much meat in such a small ? stack. Their ? are to die for (amazingly crunchy, real potatoes) & whilst you wait you can munch on ?...but not for me. Maybe I'll try the ? next time....

My partner was waiting to place our order and I was taking peanuts..the guy at the till (22nd nov '23 at 1900 hrs)says the peanuts are for customers and not for public.. a regular customer at this Croydon branch for the past 1.5 years.. felt insulted to be told that..check with the person before judging if he's a paying customer or "general public". Sick attitude, that i have never experienced at five guys anywhere! Train this chap. I will think twice about walking into my favourite five guys restaurant because of this incident!

Disappointed, spent ages taking our preferences only to completely ignore them ??♀️ Chips were the lie side of average but a huge portion. Expensive for what is essentially a burger and chips. Will look for somewhere else next

The food is fresh and the milkshakes are amazing. However everything is very expensive for fast food ,but the portion sizes are very large which is great. Staff is great ?

Worst ever service from one of the great chain. I am a big fan of Five guys and used to give my best reviews for them. This croydon branch has very rude staffs who doesn't know even how to greet a customer and behave properly.- Staff saying themselves as " To be manager" and no manager turned up even after requesting. Even after placing the order, my order was on hold as the so called staff "Gregg" was unhappy with me as I told him to behave properly.- Requested to use the washroom and said to prepare the order but staff was so rude to say not allowed with high pitch. My question is " Is it really written some where? There are better ways to communicate the message , is n't it?

Over priced and over hyped burger. Made the mistake of going there few days ago. The lady taking the order was good, burger was not. Cold bun and terrible taste of the burger. The didn't have any trays and milkshake was mediocre. Fries were good. Won't be going there ever again.

I love five guys, the food is always excellent, but the location of this neighborhood is a little dangerous! We had problems with people coming just to make a mess. Even though the security guard had people with him, they managed to disturb some of the food on the table and cause discomfort to customers.

Ordered on deliveroo and my cheese burger arrived WITHOUT THE BURGER PATTIES AND CHEESE. And chips were cold. Phoned up to let them know how ridiculous that was and they said it was impossible and that the deliveroo driver must’ve opened my burger and taken out the patties. A total JOKE!

The food was tasty. The onoy downside was that when I got a drink from the refill machine, it was completely flat, not sparkling. So it tasted flat and weired.
The service was very good. Good size eatery with spacious seating. The food is substantial. I ordered the cheesburger meal with a strawberry milkshake. Very satisfying indeed

Friendly staff, fast attentive service. Great burger, and fries are delicious. Its not cheap but a real treat on a day out. One of our favourite places to eat.

Food ok but wrong order received, along with dirty seating area and ketchup all over the floor. Only friendly person in there was the security guard.

I placed an order on JustEat and it says it was coming between 6:20-6:40 it’s now 6:55 and the time has been pushed back even further. It just says “courier is at restaurant” not sure how the courier can be waiting at the restaurant for over 30 minutes… also when I call the restaurant no response at all. Very poor service can’t contact the restaurant can’t contact the drive just left waiting.

Great place to stop. I trust them with my gluten and dairy allergy. I have Celiac and never had a problem. I either get a bowl with a plain burger with lettuce and tomato or a lettuce wrap. Also get a plain hot dog in a bowl. French fries always cooked in a dedicated frier snd the BEST! On a side note, they serve peanuts and may not be the place to go with peanut allergy.
