So I called the restaurant and spoke to James (the manager) who said that he would re-do the whole order plus keep all the original items at no extra cost, as long as I could come and collect the new items. I was very impressed with the way that James resolved my issue. That’s excellent customer service right there. I would like to thank James once again for resolving this issue, even better than I thought possible. Sunil”

“Recently we visited Thai Express at Boxpark Croydon and we loved the experience. The staff was very welcoming and helpful when we asked for recommendations. The food was delicious! We went there with our 2 boys and they loved their food as well. I like that you can choose the level of spice and we loved the idea of the mini bottle of Srirachia, you can clip it to your bag and take it with you everywhere.
We will definitely eat again from Thai Express! Did you know you can dine in in the store or order delivery?!”
