Greggs is a nice, ready to go place for a quick bite and decent value. They surprise us with different variety of drinks every season.It gets better when you start your day with a warm feeling of interaction, even if it's from someone you don't know. One of the staff members, Daniel, is a nice person who prioritizes customer service and efficiency. It is refreshing to see someone showing interest in their work.Vegetarian options: Cheese and onion when freshly baked is really good and fulfilling.

I am very appalled the person serving was taking his sweet time . Took time serving everyone when it came to my turn I asked if he can hurry up since my train was in 2 minutes. He proceeded to take his time changing out a bag because the food inside leaked a tiny bit . I told him it’s fine but he carried on to change it and take his time . I missed my train by one minute because of his foolish I asked multiple times I explaining my train is coming . I work night shifts and it’s tiring as it is but because of him I’m now wasting another 30 min for another train!!!!!!!!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN ! Also second week cash only payments .

Doesn't seem to be open according to their opening hours.It said it was meant to be open but the shutters were down and a member of staff was inside. I asked why it was saying it was open on Google if they weren't and got a very nasty attitude back saying how they would open when they open... not really a way to talk to prospective customers. Maybe update your opening hours...? Just a thought.

Ordered from just eat and dreadful!I ordered hot and cold food and drink, both squeezed into the same bag, so when it arrived the coffee was cold and spilt everywhere, the cold drink was wet (being from the fridge) next to the hot food, making that soggy and cold.I ordered one roll, gave me another with a ‘sorry we had to swap’ sticker, but normally they call to ask, they didn’t, they swapped it with something I can’t eat.When I did get it out to look at least, hoping maybe I can eat (which I couldn’t) the cut of the bread was so bad, half the filling was outside of the roll!How can you do so many things so badly!So was the saddest, one of the worst greggs ever! Wet, cold, wrong!

Today I went to this place near the station. I ordered two latte coffees and a cappuccino. after my order, they gave me only one latte. then I asked where the cappuccino was and the blond haired worker started yelling at me that she would give me problems and that I was not right in the head. then she made me a second latte instead of a cappuccino and started yelling at me to get out of the cafe. then the manager came and I told him how she communicated with me. she just screamed like crazy at me. I ask you to dismiss this employee who worked on June 6

Went in for a quick sausage roll and chicken bake and told the bald man at the till. Because he didn’t hear me he rudely went “SAUSAGE ROLL AND WHAT?” even though i repeated twice. you may be miserable cos you’re working in croydon but there’s no need to get mad at me. also not smiling at all like have some basic customer service skills.

Been there 4 times mid afternoon and late morning and the pastries are always cold despite being from the hot cabinet. All other Greggs I've been to the pastries are hot.

Need to work on restock, tried to go in for a vegan sausage roll at 8am and there was nothing. On a seperate occasion arrived at 7:45 when they were meant to be open from 6 and they were still closed, staff inside but shop completely locked, if you have a set opening time things need to be ready for that opening time not almost 2 hours late.
Today I was served by a very unpleasant guy arround 11am, I wanted to buy 2 cookies at the checkout, I showed with my finger which he said I could take from the bottom shelf next to the fridge, when I told him that I do not want that, he replied in a not nice and stupid tone that next time I have to say "I want two cookiesstars "even though I showed exactly which ones!a little more attentions and respect for customer!
