FAO The Colonel @ Kentucky Fried Chicken Limited My very good friend Daniel ordered 2x Trilogy Box Meals from your Croydon branch yesterday evening following a couple of post work sherbets with colleagues by the river Thames. Let's make no mistake a Trilogy Box Meal is a substantial financial commitment at £11.49 but Daniel had built up a substantial appetite in the sun and increased this order by 100% adding a further Trilogy Box Meal totaling £22.98. This value should not go unnoticed. I was therefore completely flabbergasted to find out that your Croydon branch was OUT of KFC gravy. This is a heinous crime given the circumstances and something we simply cannot let slide. I am therefore placing The Colonel who I believe is solely responsible for this crime, on official notice that court proceedings may be brought against them. The only saving grace to this total disaster is that "the supercharger dip was unreal" Please take this as a serious warning - Change your practice or face legal recourse. KFC very yum. Workers treated me good and very patient with me ☺️. Will come again with girlfriend ??. Food good and fresh, very hungry before but food and drink perfect. Took some home with me to play Warzone ??

Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! First of all, the counter staff were liars and told us that the counter til wasn't working so hard to use one of the two order points...in fact, one of one as the other broken! But, how do I use my Blue Light card? We don't accept those here....even though it's a national KFC offer! Then the food arrived..given a warm can of Pepsi Max...they could have given me a cup and ice but apparently that was beyond them! The eating area was disgusting...not clean and I wouldn't have been surprised to see vermin somewhere in the store! Please...avoid!

Spent £26:on this slop. Chicken was cold, skin was greasy and sloppy and hot wings are £1.99 for two. Used to be £99p. Cans of drink were warm. Will not be using again. Usually got to KFC in London, much better.

I never before eat that designating kfc in my life. You are sending by delivery cold and broken food in broken boxes and forgetting add items there. Never again.

Service was fine, zinger burger was dry, chicken pieces dry, chips dry, no salt available. Food was hard to swallow. Bottled water was nice and chilled.

Ive ordered from here over 20 times and its always tasted good . Sometimes they get an item wrong so make sure you check before you leave the store , Other then that its all good . حلال

Stuff are good but the food has no taste.\\n\\nOnly recently I have been there, and I found both the chicken and the fries to be out of taste...Very disappointed. I have spent nearly 18 pounds for low quality food that I can get for much cheaper than this!
Wasn't too busy yesterday when we visited. They allow now to stay in . Everything went just normal. You can order on the touchscreen or at the reception table too.

They mocked man, look at the size of this chicken piece they gave me... ITS THE SAME SIZE AS THE CHICKEN WING. I travelled far to come and get this chicken. Also when I came they made me wait before serving me even when I was the only customer in the branch.

Right in the heart of Croydon Town Shopping centre this is a popular place to have a bit of KFC. The service is quite good considering how busy this store could be and the staff are polite and helpful. It is also kept clean as the staff are constantly on patrol keeping it clean. The ambience is just about okay with nothing really special.
