Fix the self service machines and make sure they have receipt paper!

Two deliveries in a row I've had missing items. Not only does this mean there is an absolute faff phoning up and reporting the missing items, but also someone inevitably goes hungry.Given this has happened on multiple occasions with bags that are delivered sealed by the restaurant, it's clear this is an issue with the restaurant and not Uber Eats.Not only are food items missing, bit condiments you are required to choose when ordering are not included and portions of chips arrived as half filled boxes.Dreadful service.

Absolutely sick of ordering things for delivery and then half not turning up. Then denying responsibility. It’s not even uber eats fault - the bag was sealed so your branch didn’t put it in! Then i get a refund for 4 quid but not even the delivery fee. Do better!!!

Worst experience ever with this McDonald’s and their delivery service by Uber. The driver spilt the drinks all over the food and on top of that everything was completely cold. Never order from here again!

Only McDonalds that you always need to wait ages for your food. What is the point of order numbers if you fulfil 5 orders after mine and making me wait 15-20 minutes for a breakfast? If it was a one time thing I would understand, but this happens every time here.
I had an in date voucher which allowed me to purchase a box of six chicken nuggets and medium fries for £1.99 (an identical voucher to the one I used in McD’s in their Camberley outlet last week which was accepted without fuss) but this outlet stated they do not accept any type of voucher. Needless to say, I bought a takeaway from Asda.

DREADFUL VILE STAFF. Treated my autistic daugther very poorly.. manager with tattoos was awful.. not the first time these place is dreadful with customer service.

Been waiting for my order for over an hour and the driver has been there for around 45 mins was told it will be 15-25 mins, my food is clearly sitting under a heat lamp going cold and soggy as usual! Nothing ever changes and I’ve avoided order McDonald’s for the past year due to this! No more chances! I won’t even get refunded for this either
