Omg.had covid on Xmas eve.paid over £34.to have food delivered for my 3 boys.only the drinks and chips arrived!!! No burgers, no meals nothing.Literally ran to mcdonalds to see manager from Croydon Church Street.He was scruffy. No name badge to even know he was the manager.He looked down on me and basically told me to go away.like I was a beggar..he did not even give advice on what to do next.knowing all the contact numbers for user eats are dead calls.yet his staff prepared food for my kids on Xmas eve while there mother was ill.and £34!This man should be sacked.rude and ignorant.doesnt even look like he has washed his hands.Thiefing Crooks.shame on you!

Bad customer experience...I don't know why is it that even after I have placed an order in the automatic machine in this shop, the manager's behavior towards me is worst, unkind, bad and I am sure it would damaging to the company's name. A very worst experience I ever had in my life and i won't suggest this place to my frds and colleagues. They took 45mins for me bcoz it's the small order. The incompetent people working there, they don’t know how to serve their customers I’ve had a problem with an offer from food for thoughts the problem was that the QR code had an error and wouldn’t show on my email , I’ve been here last week and they wrote the code manually and today they say it’s not possible and that I need to have the QR code . There was other McDonald’s that have entered the code manually and now these McDonald’s are saying is not possible to enter the code manually.Totally disappointed they should just leave their job if they don’t wanna be there and help people. 000000 STARSSS

Took the grandchildren out, ordering on the app made the occasion much easier when dealing with under 5s.
Just like all the other mcdonalds around the area these are incompetent invalids that can't get orders right, cant put the orders together properly just rush it and send you poor quality food. They all need to be fired and hire people who will actually make an effort preparing the food so it doesn't come badly prepared or missing items and actually warm or hot like it should be and the the proper portions given as ordered a large fries and got not even half of the tub, burgers looked terrible and cold and items missing
