Very hit or miss here. I do visit a lot and there is usually someone clearing tables as it gets busy and food is usually prompt and fresh. The ketchup machine seems to permanently be broken, they never put extra pickles when requested and rarely any table service numbers available they usually keep them behind the till. In summary it’s a typical McDonalds it’s not bad but it’s not great either.

Visited at 10.30 pm. Food was good & service quick possibly because it was almost empty. Probably best time to go on a Tuesday night if hungry. Restaurant was clean.Parking: Easy to park.

I use to always get snacks from here and late night cokes. But ever since McDonald’s donated meals to the IDF, I cannot ever purchase with them again. Now the CEO is crying pretending like he doesn’t have the power to explicitly make a statement condemning what’s happening in Palestine.Money talks to those without conscious, unfortunately.

They always miss items in orders I’ve spent over £20 on food to be missing my fries ? This is one of the worst branches it’s the one advoid the most in Croydon the customer service is awful regardless of if it’s a fast food place or not customer service should still be important ? I have officially given up with this
Food from the drive through is always cold, and my last 2 orders one was missing an item and the last one the coke was flat!Go to the colonnades instead!
