CLEARLY TOLD MANAGER ALESSA (?) THAT MY DAUGHTER IS ALLERGIC TO MILK AND EGG! She did not declare this on my order ! (Will add photo of receipt later). Right now I’m in emergency room as my baby got severe allergy reaction and her whole face was swollen and couldn’t breath properly.IF YOU CANT DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY MAYBE GET SOME TRAINING OR CHANGE THE JOB. SEVERE ALLERGIES ARE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS FOR KIDS!!!!Will update once leave hospital and photo of receipt “no allergy declared “ will be provided.Also I will make sure to contact head office as this can’t be accepted!

The staff here made me very welcome and did everything right. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I think the staff at this branch of Nando’s are motivated and do a sterling job!

The overall experience in this particular Nandos was absolutely superb, they serve wonderful Halal chicken which is simply grilled to perfection.In terms of the atmosphere it had its own unique ambience which I really liked, the only downside to the evening was it gets a bit crowded thus it got a bit noisy.

Gabriella behind the counter was by far the best customer I have recieved in a long time. I believe she deserves a bonus! Especially with the positive attitude with our confusing order, the polite manner is speaking, along with being informative but very welcoming and rapid service.

Hope this branch and the rest of them get closed down. Made us wait 45mins for a table and then to be told after waiting that they had no chicken ??♂️. Absolute bunch of amateurs.

Went here with my mum who was in a wheelchair thought it would have been a been chaotic getting her to a table but from point of entry and end of service Mo and the young man at the door was absolutely great with the assistance and care taken whilst we were there. Had a lovley afternoon and the food was on point.Parking: It is busy in the evenings around 1600ish but there is plenty of parking but youvwill have to park on other side of lot which is a 3 min walk if the car park is busy.Kid-friendliness: They do a kids menu and seating area is quite spacious for young kids that don't need high chairsWheelchair accessibility: The spaces in the booths were generous to slide a wheelchair in there. If you do have accessible needs inform them first and they are more than happy to sort a space for you no quarms.

Good and tasty food, personal very friendly and attentive. The salsas were very interesting and various. All the chicken meat is in the moment grilled. Overall a good experience
We came when it was really busy and waited around 15 mins via the queue buster. We waited near the area and waiting time was not that long. The guy at the front door showed us to our table- did not tell us we could order from our table or greeted us (very very bad customer service skills) We ordered and the cashier would not accept my blue light card but accepted my NHS card for discount. Food arrived quick. Store ran out of ice on the most hottest day of the month. No takeaway pots for my sauce of chilli jam. Nobody came to our table throughout the course asking if our food was ok. The only benefit to visiting this Nando’s was that it was halal.

Ridiculous waiting time. Front of the staff is really rude. Playing with customer and jumping the queue system and our table is given to someone else. After waiting hour and half she added another 60 minutes to our waiting time. Its not worth waiting 2 hrs to get into restaurant. It would not visit again.

Stupid waiting system please allow pre-booking. Security staff, can act like bullies sometimes and treat people with disrespect just because they’re waiting for the slow seating service. Once you’ve being seated, the service is slow and the food is really small portions, compared to other Nando’s.

The member of staff at the front door seemed to lack interpersonal/customer service skills, and her tone came across as quite abrupt and non-caring. Other than that, the food was good, and the service was quick, even with a full house.
