My order took 30 minutes to prepare and the customer service wasn't great. No one to assist or acknowledge your presence. Food was ok.I ordered the buttermilk chicken burger with seasoned fries. Burger itself was very fresh and nice, but the coating was burnt.

We went to Vinegar Yard near London Bridge The food was very disappointing: The Vegan Burger had no taste to it. Fries were lovely and crisp Gravy pot tasted like Bisto.

Have tried to order from this restaurant twice via deliveroo and on both occasions they have continued to delay the order despite the rider being ready. Had to cancel in the end because the order was going to be more than 40 mins late. Restaurant does not answer their phone so no way to contact them. Would not recommend if you are hungry and want your food to arrive that day!
