As a customer of pepes for about 5/6 years now always loved the food but this time I order a whole chicken meal the chicken and rice are the best but the chips were reheated or kept for too long on the heater machine, and is not the first time this happens. Perhaps I should only order the whole chicken and that's it and fry the chips at home. On the past also had other problems like on meals the cans of drinks never came cold they sent it at room temperature. Also when I used to order a meal and a 1.5 liter bottle of coke they never send me the can of drink that was included in the meal and paid for, I planned to take the can of drink next day to work but never received it. that happened 6 times at least every time I order the meal but not the bottle I didn't received the can of drink.

Ordered though uber eats and order been cancelled money taken out no food received. Pepe Croydon doesn’t know how to handle customers. This is look like another foreign company operating in the UK. No UK ?? Value at all ,be warned don’t loose your money.

I ordered a whole herb and lemon chicken through Uber Eat and received this: a chicken covered in flour dough all over. I'm very disappointed with the order. My family couldn't enjoy the chicken because it was inedible due to the amount of flour dough. We had to throw it away. The Uber Eat app didn't give me any options to complain.
We just had 3 times of chicken strips which on menu tinder strips , the chicken was very bad and chips was very dark like oil for frying hasn’t been changed for ages , and not pitta with chicken strips coming, one I said what about pita they said is separate, but I always have from Wembley high road Pepe’s same thing and comes with pita, not recommended at all!!!!
