The service of both the waitress (Sen) and the chefs was excellent. Food arrived on time and was delicious. The waitress answered all of our questions and saw to all of our needs. She gave our service a personal touch by engaging us in conversation, talking to our little one, and checking in on us at regular intervals to make sure everything was alright. She really made me feel welcomed and looked after!Parking: Right outside the restaurant and plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Great layout to enable movement if you have a little one. High chairs available as well.

OUR mistake to go for the buffet lunch when none of us were very hungry. Should have gone for one big shared pizza. However, we arrived at the right moment for the fresh replenish of pizza. So nice and fresh.

I have dined at Pizza Hut Collonades 4 times. Each time the food was wonderful. The atmosphere was good.But especially the staff were amazing, supportive,friendly and very attentive especially the Manager Yaminsan.
It’s not the place, it’s the people! It seems as a society it’s ok to bring your kids to restaurants and plonk the iPad on full volume for everyone else to have to put up with.It’s not just one lazy parent doing it. It’s 3! Whats the point, might as well stick them in front of the tv at home and shove a £4 pizza in the oven !Maybe restaurants should insist on headphones being used so everyone else isn’t affected by it.

Ugh. I remember when pizza hut offered great pizzas for great prices. Now the prices are high, and the pizzas are rather mediocre. Staff was very friendly though, and the unlimited salad buffet you get with every pizza is a nice addition.

We reached at 9.30pm and barely got serviced as the restaurant closes at 10.00pm. We felt unwelcome in the place. Though order was delivered promptly but felt that we could have avoided being there.
