I hate how crowded it is, although they do get your drink to you fast. they should also lower the prices of the cups you can buy cause 14 quid for a cup is atrocious but the drinks are nice and made fast, that's my only

I visited yesterday with my friend and the staff were completely rude to her. Staff were laughing at her accent and ignoring her order when it was clear what she wanted to order! Very unprofessional!! She is from Thailand and she was very upset by this…not on.
