I’m amazed this place is still open?? The hours say they open at 11, I called in around 11:45 to place a takeaway order and they said they can’t take them over the phone, you have to go in person. So I go on over there a few moments later, and I kid you not - there’s not a single person in there. No one at the front desk, no one in the restaurant, no one at the bar. I said “hello?” with no answer and turned around and left

I don’t think you go to tgi Fridays expecting Michelin star food but that’s ok as long as the service is good. Unfortunately our visit today was so disappointing. We arrived and had to wait a good while to be treated despite only two tables being in the whole restaurant. Once seated we had to wait further to be offered a drink. Our waitress was slow and unenthusiastic (maybe just a bad day).As mentioned food was what you expect although the cold sweet potato fries didn’t help the already disappointing visit. The music was quiet to the point you could not hear it and the restaurant was freezing. We ate with our coats on the lady who slowly greeted us on arrival had her fleece on and the few other people in the restaurant commented on it too.Tgi has a nostalgic place for me but after this visit I’m not surprised they are struggling as a business

Carla the waitress provided 10/10 customer service yesterday! Very efficient, friendly and welcoming. She also made sure my partners allergies were dealt with accordingly too.

7:30pm Birthday booking. Totally unacceptable, I will happily say I would never step foot in a TGI Fridays ever again. I could literally do a better job if I went to Iceland and bought the tgi Fridays range and cooked it myself.Food:Terrible portion sizes for the price requested. Loaded fries hardly loaded not worth nearly £7, waited an hour for 2 portions of onion rings which eventually turned up cold. Frank's chicken burger was sent back to Frank as it was burned very very badly and the piece of chicken was smaller than the kids chicken burger.Drinks:Not to break tradition of the dining experience drinks were ordered at 7:45 drinks arrived at 8:05 wrong. Not once throughout the evening were we asked again if any drinks were wanted. My son asked for a glass of water we are currently still waiting for it next day.Service:Staff were polite I cannot comment otherwise but seem incompetent and would possibly benefit from some training.Considering we booked and paid a deposit, table was not ready on arrival. Food scraps were all on the floor around table where previously diners must have been and was not cleaned. Highly doubt tables were cleaned either. Items that were not ordered were brought to table, servers were notified but still got added to the bill. Kids at the table actually started crying due to waiting 2 hours for mains. The polite Manager was notified of digressions about the evening said she would see what she could we never see her again.we had to remind the server that we had paid a £55 booking deposit once the bill was issued. I hate to think how many people after drinks are involved forget about this and get scammed out of there booking deposit. The table next to us who were there before us had over 30 bottles of beer sitting on there table which were not cleared once.Could seriously do better not quite sure how every aspect could go bad but it did. If this is a common occurance I can't see the place staying open.Do better

Absolutely terrible! Worst TGI experience and that speaks volumes.Where to start. A few months ago a girlfriend and I were looking for a place to have a few cheeky cocktails and a nibble after a trip to Costco. We waited at the door to be seated for and were astonished that staff were looking at us and totally ignoring us. After been seen and not acknowledged a few times my usual stance would be to leave and take my money elsewhere but we weren't in a rush and decided to see how long it would take for someone to seat us. About 10 mins went by and a CUSTOMER got out of her seat and told us to run for the hills! She kindly told us to leave whilst we couple and suggested another restaurant near by that did good food and cocktails. She said her party has been waiting almost an HOUR for drinks to come, let alone food. We took her advice and got outta there.Fast forward to last weekend. My Godson had never been to TGI and requested to go there for his birthday. We made a booking and noted that it was a child's birthday. We got to the restaurant and was seated straight away...how fantastic...much better than my previous experience so I was hopeful. That's as far as my hope went.As a party of 6, we were squished into a booth that only really suited 4 adults, not 4 adults and 2 kids.We asked to be seated elsewhere and was told that they aren't able to put two tables together as the server of that particular area hadn't arrived yet???We could either sit separately or put a seat at the end of the booth. Now i know that it is FAR from sensible to put a seat in the way of a fire exit but equally we didnt want our party to be separated so we opted for the additional chair and I crossed my fingers and hoped that the chef didn't get too carried away at the grill and cause a fire.Anyway...Took ages for drinks order to be taken, the server went to the bar and came back to tell us that they couldn't make half of the drinks because they were out of certain ingredients. One of the starters didn't arrive and no one checked on us to ensure we had received everything.Mains came...food was OK.No-one offered any further beverages and by the time dessert was a thought we decided that we wouldn't endure this any longer and went to another restaurant to have pudding. There was no acknowledgement of the birthday booking so why bother asking online? The poor serving staff were rushing off their feet whilst the duty manager hid and left them to drown.I will NEVER go back there and I do frequent TGIs when I fancy ribs and a cocktail or 10.I'll rather drive to Staines, Wembley or Reading where I get half decent service.Don't go. You won't be happy.Parking: A few spots available including disabled bays. Free parking for customers

I was served by Taylar today! Absolutely excellent service. Big difference to the service my daughter and I had received last time from another server!! Taylar was very attentive and her customer service was top notch. An absolute credit to TGIF. The food was amazing. We both ordered the full rack of ribs. The atmosphere was awesome. Thank you so much Taylar for making our experience amazing. You are a real credit to TGIF. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tables To dark.Food so so.Sooo overpriced.3.95 for 330ml bottle seriously.Slow service.Ordered chicken platter looked ok but had to sent it back walked up to server who's first words were "its cold isn't it!!!" Not been here in a long time and won't be returning either.Picture is second platter that was much better presentation and could feel the heat off the food. But still dry and overcooked.Sigh ?

Very dark. Need better lighting over tables.Slow service.Horribly overpriced for limited menu on offer.Chicken share platter came out cold.Had to leave table to find a server four of them, who were all chatting by the bar As approached with dish their words "its cold isn't it".Presented a fresh dish but by this arrived everyone else had finished their meals (table of 7 people).Took one bite of a couple of pieces. Hotter yes but overcooked and coatings hard so refused again and had item removed from bill after some resistance.Server was oblivious to events ?Will not visit again.Last time was there was a decade ago and its not improved one iota.

Popped in here on the way home with our Grand Daughter, Food was good, but the service given by our waiter -Rio- was the stand out feature! They were very busy, but he has a fantastic memory and was perfectly attentive - a rare breed these days sadly!

Went on a Thursday night, approx 8pm. Service was extremely slow. Food wasn't bad. Apart from my partner & I had similar orders& they gave us oppo order. By time we realised the sauces was on our food. Told waitress, she was bothered to correct it, by giving us the right sauce. Had a purple rain cocktails?, which wasn't Purple. I was disappointed by this. It was also quite bitter. In the past those cocktails were delicious. Restaurant itself is nice.

Popped into TGI Fridays while staying over the road at the Premier Inn for work and after making an online booking for 1730 on a Monday and it was empty when we got there. So had the choice of seatsWe has the sesame chicken strips and JD sauce which was awesome and a must for anyoneMains was a festive chicken bucket feast and didn't disappoint, loads of food lime BBQ ribs, chicken breast and wings, pigs in blankets, sweet potato and plain chips, stuffing balls all smothered in rich BBQ sauce. Couldn't finish the chips in the end.All swilled down with pints of MorettiService was great, staff were attentive, friendly, always popping over to see if we needed anything. We hadn't noticed but by the time we were leaving the place had filled up, parties going on with staff singing, music and the vibe was just right

Had a delicious dinner with my husband on a Tuesday night. Rio was our waiter and looked after us brilliantly from start to finish. He was attentive and kind, and helped us with the menu. We really enjoyed the burgers and wished we took some photos to share, but we will definitely be back!

Arrived at 6.55pm for a 7pm booking on a Saturday but weren't seated until 7.15pm. Once seated it took a long time for our order to be taken and it was nearly 8.30pm when we finally got someone to find our food (after asking 3 people). Starters and mains all arrived together, kids side was missing and when we asked for refill drinks it also took reminders from us for them to actually arrive. Chicken strips were tasty but the festive burger was overcooked and very dry. One of our kids meals should have been free but was added on. Staff were mostly apologetic and we did receive a discount on our bill at the end but I will not be returning.

Blessing was a superb host! Took time to explain the menu and was patient. I accidentally ordered a burger for my son with bacon and we don’t eat pork and she rectified the issue swiftly and made our experience in TGI an enjoyable one.
