Great service form the driver, Michael went above and beyond.Swapped an item without telling us (wedges) and the replacement (fries) were soggy, cold and dry.. almost like they were from the place across the road and popped into a dominoes box...Really left not wanting to order from Dominoes again.. not given a chance to replace the inadequate replacement.

It’s clear from the photo that the pizza was touched. It doesn’t line up and the middle is missing. When I complained, they laughed at me and did not want to see the picture. I had to come to the store and they were horrible, I brought the pizza back. I’ve ordered from the store multiple times never complained. They took no accountability and even said they would block my number from the phone because I said I wanted to speak to the manager. AVOID. He tried to threaten me that the phone calls are recorded and they will hear him laughing on the phone.

Very bad customer service we order the 2 pizzas ? and wait 1.5h and women on the phone is very rude and keep putting the phone down saying is busy and bla bla bla this is last time we order food from this

Honestly , stay away from this domino’s . Very rude staff unbelievable, how can a grown man be arguing with a pregnant women. You send a wrong item and still wanna be rude, like seriously? This store needs to be shut down.

Dreadful! I ordered £130.49 worth of pizza for a work function via their app. Ages went by before I got a call saying they couldn’t fulfil the order because of a gas leak but not to worry as a nearby branch would likely do it. Over an hour went by, nothing happened. I rang the other branch to see if they were doing it, they said nobody had contacted them. So I went with a different option, but then I got a call - nearly two hours on saying they were going to do it after all. At that point I was furious and had already gone with another supplier. I said t the guy on the phone that he better not do the order and that I was very angry as hours had past. I also said he better not charge me; he promised me I’d be refunded and apologised profusely. However, his word was no good. They have charged me even though they never delivered any food! I am currently having to fight the charge with both PayPal and AMEX! Absolutely useless! Avoid at all costs!

A medium pizza with 3 topping costs £11.99 for collection The exact same pizza delivered costs £25.88 I was told by Dominoes Crystal Palace That’s £13.89 more with delivery I was also told the other day when I was going to have delivery that is wasn’t £25.88 but it was £29.00 for a medium pizza.Something not quite right about that cost of £29.00 that I was told. Won’t be buying there anymore

Terrible. Telephone number not accepting calls and food left for delivery over 25 minutes ago and should take 5 mins on a moped. We ordered almost two hours ago and no food in sight.
