If your order pizza after 10 pm it is likely going to take and hour and arrive cold. I live about 1.2km from the shop itself. This has happened twice now.The Pizza said delivered after 25 minutes but I waited another 35 min.I don't have huge expectations for take away pizza but being hot is one of them.* Changed to 3 stars as gave me a full refund via free next pizza and garlic bread. Can't hate on that
I feel like the reviews are accurate. I ordered at 1130, 45 mins passed. I called and they said they were incredibly busy - they had no clue how long they would be.The pizza, an hour after order, was, stone cold. Completely rediculous and very frustratingThe person on the phone however, was very receptive. He understood my concerns, was apologetic and most importantly gave me a full refund without hastle.

Great service form the driver, Michael went above and beyond.Swapped an item without telling us (wedges) and the replacement (fries) were soggy, cold and dry.. almost like they were from the place across the road and popped into a dominoes box...Really left not wanting to order from Dominoes again.. not given a chance to replace the inadequate replacement.
