The pizzas in general were good but sadly the new crispy cheese base was disappointing. Barely noticed any cheese and it was very floppy.

Terrible service. They forgot to send me the drink I ordered. When I called, the person who I talked to specifically told me I'd be refundido for it. They never did. I know think she was playing with me, so I consider this a straight up scam. Theft even.

Awful customer service. We ordered 2 pizzas and none got delivered due to a system error. We called the store and they told us to place another order for 2 pizzas (promised the previous one would be refunded) which also didn’t get delivered. 2 weeks later we have called 4 times now to ask for a refund and every time the employees have been super unhelpful and have no idea how to resolve this. The manager we finally got to speak to was called Adam however again he was super rude. We have now been told our refund will take 3 weeks after practically begging however still no confirmation email. We will be calling again if we do not receive the refund. Papa Johns, please sort your staff out.

When I rang them to ask for a refund for the missing dips, a woman on the phone said they had run out and that she wouldn't give me a refund or deliver alternative dips. When I asked to speak to someone who could give me a refund for the dips they didn't deliver, she said 'no' and hung up.
They don’t take cash so forget it if you forget your card at home! Foods not that great either.

My visit: The store claimed to be open till 1am, so we drove quite a distance to get there, got there at 1235am. Guy in charge told me they were closed. When I mentioned the website says they're open till 1am, he said "we shut early to clean". Won't return to this branch
