Great place, great food and great people. From the service to the whole dining experience, the dressed oysters are a must, a lot of interesting flavours going on in each mouthful.The mackerel was Definately a highlight and the ceviche as well as the prawns were also really tasty.The whitebait had a lovely crucnchiness and kick ? to it, wich I love. Went for the mussels and didn’t get to try them. But all the plates we did try were delicious, with an outstanding balance between the seafood flavours, the acidity, and the other elements. The Ox cheek & miso croquettes are addictive. The ceviche was the only one that lacked a bit of acidity (proper of a ceviche), and I didn't really got the combination on the pickled strawberries dressed oysters. Wish I could give more than 5 stars, this place is an absolute gem! We sat inside by the kitchen and it was a pleasure to watch the chef, all be himself putting out plate after plate of amazing food. Everything was delicious, we had prawns, ceviche, sardines, halibut and steak. Sooo good. And oysters. And get the Bloody Mary! Service was fab too. Will 100% be back soon.
