We already know Greggs food is amazing, but this particular one had amazing service from Loraine! What a great personality so cheery and outstanding customer service. We need more Loraines in this world thanks for this.

Saw a woman working there getting stresses when some machines started beeping and she started biting her nails ?Not the first time I see something gross in Greggs. You'd think why keep coming back then - there's one just outside my workplace. And I order only baked stuff. Don't even dare to get a sandwich.

Everytime I go the they give me cold food without even informing that the bake are cold ...looks like staff need more training.. waste of money

The staff on Sunday are slow as anything! There's a huge line and currently 2 drivers waiting but only one person serving and the other walking around himself doing barely anything at all. Moved around some packaging...Honestly so slow and terrible. It took me 20 mins with 3 people in front of me
