I would like to thank Gregg's for resolving a problem i had, total time to respond and resolve the problem was less than an hour, that outstanding and Gregg's have great customer service.Well done Gregg's? I will give you 5*'s for sorting problems quick without any hassle
5 star service!! On auto pilot xmas shopping, I paid for food and drove off without picking my food up!! ?? went back and they were so nice and kind about it, and made me fresh hot lovely food. Hope they have a fabulous Xmas and new year and what a service with a smile too :-) will defo come back again (Meadowhall drive thru) they need ? for spectacular service :-)

We already know Greggs food is amazing, but this particular one had amazing service from Loraine! What a great personality so cheery and outstanding customer service. We need more Loraines in this world thanks for this.
