“I got a Big Mac and a Filet O Fish the last night I was here in London, to bring back to the hotel. Both items were fine.When was entering the restaurant I opened the door and a man and woman cut ahead of me. I said, "You're welcome!"At the register, I realized the man and woman were with another couple. The four of them were Americans. I am American as well. Anyways, they start saying negative things about fast food workers. I won't get into the details, but I felt bad for the employees who didn't do anything wrong yet had to listen to this diatribe. The manager apologized to the 4 for the delay due to the fries being cooked.When I got my takeout order, I made it a point to tell the manager what a great job his employees were doing. As I left, I realized I got my order before the 4 people even though they went before me.This was September 18, 2023.”
