Honestly I love KFC but this was far below the standard of what I was expecting. The staff basically ignored us while we were waiting to order at the front of the queue for as long as 10 minutes. The guy then took ages to understand what we were trying to order and then proceeded to tell us it was not possible to split the £36 cost between the 3 of us, then admitted he simply didn't know how to do it. I went in Saturday. It was incrediblely busy. I need a stick to walk as I'm not good on my feet and have back problems. The staff were brilliant. The manageress took my order and sat me down at a table and helped me with my order. She was amazing..
