The food was very good and appetizing but the wait time was a bit long and the service wasn’t good at all the waiters where emotionless and very loud and quite rude the chairs where all wobbly and almost about to break and the toilet had no tissues. I don’t recommend this place if you plan to stay a long time.

Takeout. Staff were super helpful and very accommodating . Food was just ok, lacked seasoning, lacked flavor.

Can’t review the food as nobody came near us. No drinks offered on seating, waited 10 minutes and left. Staff more concerned with taking down Christmas decorations and having a chat among themselves. Do better Zizzi! Very disappointed.

Food was good. Though whether it's a pizza or pasta, it was veeeeery spicy. I'm all for it but that was too much. Good price rate.

It's a cute place, but the pasta wasn't worth the price and placing an order/getting our food took quite a while. We didn't need a reservation or had to wait to get a table.A notable positive: The prawn skewer was really good! It's definitely a yummy pick on the menu!A suggestion: it might be a good idea for them to hire more help or have a system for guests to at least order/pay for food more quickly.Again, it's a cute place and well decorated. The atmosphere was nice. It just wasn't worth it for the food and what it cost.

I visit Zizzi restaurants regularly, because food is always nice, and it was ok this time too (although kids super green pesto was not great, pasta was a bit dry, and tasted like it wasn't freshly made). I have ordered meal from kids menu, which supposed to have ice cream as a dessert. We've been waited 40min for an ice cream (only because 6yo really wanted to get it) and I asked waiter few times when we will have it. Waiter said 'I reminded chef 3 times already, but I don't want to make him angry' I get that maybe chef is not polite and waiter didn't want to upset him, but it's not customer problem! And especially that putting 2 scoops of ice-cream into a bowl takes probably less than 10 seconds, so I was really disappointed (not mentioning the little one waiting for her ice cream). We ended up leaving restaurant without the dessert.

My wife and I were on a visit to London. We chose this restaurant Zizzi as have been to another Zizzi and had a great experience. This time the service completely let it down such s disappointment ! We were served warm white wine after asking to change we were told the fridge had broken and were offered ice to add to the glass , I expected better service.

I went to this restaurant with a family member. Following having a great meal at another branch, we thought we'd go in. Although we were shown to a table quickly, we had a wait for someone to take our order and it wasn't busy. Family member was asked if he wanted his order as a starter or main. He said main as my risotto was a main. The meals were not brought out together, so he had eaten most of his by the time I got mine. My family member wasn't warned how hot his dish was and ended up with a blister on hand. The staff did apologise, however when I got my risotto it wasn't great.

Excellent gluten free and high protein pizza. Also gluten free beer and desert options.

The meal I had at this restaurant was awful. Bland, tasteless and my ragu had virtually no meat. I’ve eaten at other Zizzi restaurants and they have been ok but this one means I won’t visit Zizzi’s again.

Food was great, but the waitress ignored us for an hour. Got our orders wrong, never asked how the meal was, never asked us if we wanted dessert. Spent her evening on the phone or flirting with the chef. I had to go up to the front desk to pay the bill, eventually because we could not get the waitress's attention.

Used this restaurant to provide me with takeaway for almost a week. The food is well prepared and there are nothing to complain about.

We ate here because it was close to my sons new flat. It was late afternoon on a Sunday so the restaurant wasn’t crowded. The menu has a lot of choices, I had the veggie ravioli. It tasted a lot better than it first looked and I enjoyed it. My son has a chicken pasta dish which he said was good. The service was ok throughout.

Food was tasty, had a great mushroom risotto with garlic bread, service was fast & friendly! Lovely coffee as well! Will be back! :)

Overall a good Italian restaurant. The food was well presented and fresh. One of our dishes was pasta with cherry tomatoes and basil - good basic dish with a good flavour. Compared to other restaurants in London the service lacked enthusiasm. For a quick meal I would definitely recommend.
