Today, on 26th April 2023, I visited the shop at around 1:28 pm with the intention of ordering a cappuccino coffee along with a chicken bacon sandwich. When asked if I would be dining in or taking my order to go, I responded with dine in. To my disappointment, I was informed that the shop was not allowing patrons to eat inside that day. However, my confusion arose when I saw two individuals seated and enjoying their coffee inside the shop. As a result, I decided to cancel my order and proceed to my appointment. After approximately 30 minutes, I returned to the shop and observed several individuals seated and enjoying their meals inside. This contradictory behavior prompted me to take photographs of the shop, capturing evidence of customers both dining in and taking out. I have not witnessed such a scenario in quite some time.

Such a lovely place, staff efficient and friendly. Really clean. Toilets were spotless and clean. Great coffee and my daughter had a lovely hot chocolate.

It's not a big Costa and it hasn't got particularly comfy seats or hidden corners to hide away in, but the chive and snacks are good and it's always clean and the service is good

this girls are inclredibly in good mod every time that i visit the shop to get a coffee, i work close and usually when i went there i am tired and they give me them best smile, i really appreciate them energy and entusiasm to serve a cup of coffee well done girlds keep going, sorry for any bad speeling but i wrote this review in a rush
I've been here a few times. A nice quiet place, nice location, good coffee. Friendly staff.Except one young fella who starts hovering and mopping before 4pm (closing time is 6) I saw the same guy doing this couple of times in a row. Even cleaning under the occupied tables asking the clients to move away for a moment. He is a nice guy apologises each time and all that but still quite annoying and uncomfortable

Visited this shop on Saturday. They prepared wrong coffee not just ones but twice and served it after all in paper cup instead of asked mug. No Sorry, no nothing. They are not busy at all but If you would find stuff which is slower then these people I would be well surprised. It took me bloody 13 min to get my drink.
