35 Putney Bridge Road, LondonThe Adelaide is the kind of local everyone wishes they had. What really sets it apart from other pubs is the people who work there. The staff are lovely, warm and genuinely welcoming, and the atmosphere is just perfect whatever the season.
We recently celebrated my daughter’s first birthday here, and the team were absolutely spectacular. Their attention to detail made the day feel so special, and everything ran smoothly so we could relax and enjoy it with our family and friends. It’s a memory we’ll treasure.
A special thank you to Mike, Lu, M. the manager, and the whole team. You went above and beyond, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate.
We’ll definitely be back!

2 North Side Wandsworth Common, LondonNice convenient corner spot. Good atmosphere, not too loud or busy. Stopped by on a Monday evening while waiting for someone else; had a half pint and some chips - £9 total. Plenty of seats but seemed to be filling up fast, with a mix of locals and people like me just biding time. I sat inside but there is plenty of seating outside, and would be very useful on sunny days. Menu looked good with the right amount of options.

The members of staff working were extremely attentive, considerate and knowledgable about their craft. In particular, Hannah who advised me on what gifts to suit the occasion and even offered me a sample, a true treat!

21 Alma Rd, LondonWhat a gem. Loads of pubs in Wandsworth, but this is right up there. Had the roast short rib and wow, melt in your mouth. Amazing. Cute little place and everyone super friendly. Nice one Jonas (did i spell that correctly?) for finding me and the Mrs a table. We will be back.

As someone who is autistic, I was apprehensive about being overwhelmed in an overcrowded environment which is typical of restaurants in shopping centres located in other parts of London. However, I was surprised to find only a few people in the restaurant.
I was welcomed by a friendly, smiling and chatty waitress who settled me down, showed me where all the pertinent facilities were and accommodated my specific needs throughout my stay. For example, my preferred seating in a quieter, spacious location.
As for the food, the whole chicken was well done and piping hot, such that I didn't require it to be reheated, which isn't always guaranteed. I found the 'extra hot' spice for the whole chicken tasted a bit bitter. However, there were an extensive range of accompanying sauces to tingle a variety of taste buds. The portion of chips was meagre for £4.50 hence not value for money and they weren't as warm as I hoped for.
The hospitality and friendly staff created a homely ambience which left a lasting impression on me as I felt comfortable roaming this Nando's and subsequently the rest of the shopping centre, which also didn't disappoint!

I lost my AirPods 3 days ago and thought it was at a yoga class, but just in case decided to ask cafe Nero team feeling quite silly and knowing there is a tiny chance they’d be found in a busy London cafe after 3 days, someone would’ve taken them.
Turns out, I left them laying at the till when I paid and the staff members put it under the till when they found them and kept them there until I claimed them! They even found another pair of earphones, wired, and asked if that was mine. That means they clearly kindly hold on to things and look out for people!

60A Southside Shopping Centre, LondonI would like to thanks sadya for her exceptional service, she made me iced matcha and pistachio frappe yesterday exactly how i needed. I can tell nero always is short of staffs. One hardworking boy with specs is so talented too. Nero never cares for their employees no matter what. One person should always be there in the washing area and cleaning and clearing tables and restocking products and clearing bins. The toilet was rubbish because of the customers, so sorry for the employees that they had to go through this and they don’t get paid enough for this sh*t. At the end please respect the employees and be kind to them. The company never cares. I said what i said. They say “customers are king” doesn’t mean employees are slaves.i saw customers treating employees like servants. Money can never buy manners and it’s not cool to be rude to employees. Till 7pm they’re open and till 7pm there’s always a queue. Atleast the employees need 45minutes to close as it’s two of them. Feel bad for the employees. Good luck guys❤️ may you deserve all good things .

Service can be a tiny touch slower than some of the other McDonalds I've been to but all the staff are friendly and (not that it's needed) ensure they apologise for any delays to your order. Can't imagine it being easy to work in such an environment but they do an excellent job nonetheless!

If you’re dining in or ordering at the counter, expect a longer wait than you’d hope for. On the other hand, ordering for delivery is very fast - food arrives hot and fresh every time. Otherwise, it’s your standard, reliable McDonald’s with decent fast food.
