We held a children's birthday party here. The staff went above and beyond, especially Nelson who made huge efforts to ensure the children all had a great time and enjoyed their meal, and that everything went smoothly. Food came very promptly. Thank you!

I today visited Wagamamas with my family and had a disappointing encounter with the manager (Viv). When we arrived, we were seated on high bar stools, which were not suitable for our young children. I politely asked if we could sit at a different table that would be more comfortable for our family, but instead of accommodating our request, the manager rolled her eyes and sent us back to the queue. It was a frustrating experience, and it seemed like the manager was not interested in providing good customer service. It was nothing like the communication and a more customer-centric approach we are used to from a Wagamamas managers.

Had a good time as we dropped in sometime between lunch and dinner. Food quantity and quality is always up to their standard. All the dishes we had were great, except for the veg gyoza- hard pass. It didn’t have much taste at all. The Cherry blossom mocktail is now my absolute favourite!!! Very good service and the overall relaxed and open ambience adds to the experience. Will definitely return!
Delicious freshly cooked wagamama dishes. Opens early for lunch, ie 11 am so great for those who need to eat early. Service could be better. Tend to be ignored once seated.

The Katsu chicken curry, is usually my regular order at wagamama, however on this occasion it fell short. Hopefully when I go there again it will be much better.

Terribly noisy environment with medium quality food (not bad in terms of spices or flavour, freshness etc but it could be way better). People pay for the brand here and not necessarily for quality.. remember this before you chose wmama.If you are planning to have long conversations with your friend, your partner go someplace else.. As I mentioned: Noisy!Staff is helpful but slightly repetitive at times. For this amount of money I believe you will easily find a better place.
