Been frequently using this branch of Neros for some months & enjoyed the coffee. Today it tasted like Costa Coffee, my coffee tasted like milk? Do not believe the staff are cleaning the grinder meaning the coffee beans lose their taste quality & strength.My flat white was poor quality, it was served at incorrect temperature, so I requested it be served warm/or hot the barista re-heated the same drink, over frothed milk so consistency was the same a cappuccino. The milk was burnt, when the froth settled I was left with half a cup of coffee (see photo) which I was charged £3.35.

My cup was dirty had to replace. The whole cafe needs a good clean. Filthy floors and tables. Toilets grotty. Def not to be recommended.

Back in London after 10 years of living abroad and Caffè Nero is my go to place for a great latte and working online. Prices are very reasonable and the girls behind the counter are always helpful and friendly. I give it 5 stars for coffee and some of the pastries, like the almond croissant and mince pies! Nice vibe inside the Lordship Lane cafe away from the hustle and bustle of the high street.

Used to go here all the time, but now is always crowded by schoolkids and all the tables are always unclean with no proper hygiene

Good customer service and atmosphere for all. Tidy and clean environment.Parking: Very restricted parking space in the morning. Most residential permit and some streets had paid street parking and most occupied.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible wheelchair infront but only a step before the main space.Dietary restrictions: They have some healthy good drinks or herbal teas
