Good customer service and atmosphere for all. Tidy and clean environment.Parking: Very restricted parking space in the morning. Most residential permit and some streets had paid street parking and most occupied.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible wheelchair infront but only a step before the main space.Dietary restrictions: They have some healthy good drinks or herbal teas
Great and quiet place for enjoying a good coffee, having delicious breakfast, light lunch or snacks, with very polite and friendly staff. BUT in spite of sitting area toilet is not good. There is just small single toilet, with no hanger, not clean, the water tabs always leaking and the door is hard to open and close.

Back in London after 10 years of living abroad and Caffè Nero is my go to place for a great latte and working online. Prices are very reasonable and the girls behind the counter are always helpful and friendly. I give it 5 stars for coffee and some of the pastries, like the almond croissant and mince pies! Nice vibe inside the Lordship Lane cafe away from the hustle and bustle of the high street.
