What an unpleasant woman employee. Starts loudly clearing table and stacking chairs while coughing to get people to move. All this at 4pm when they close at 5:30.She even put the shutters down where we were sitting then barked at all the remains customers that they must ‘move over there if you want to stay’. Effectively chucking out paying customers including children and babies with families. What an appalling lack of manners, customer service and civility. Lazy low quality worker wanting to throw people out so she can ‘clean’.

Fabulous customer service from Halima today, who recommended the Caramelised Biscuit Loaf Cake (delicious) and from another smiling colleague, who handed me the white hot chocolate order! Thank you!
Why does a flat white cost £3.55 here when it's £3.20 at most other London Starbucks? I've stopped going here as it's overpriced. Used to he a regular

This is the Starbucks in my local Sainsbury's. It's a nice place for a coffee or a quick lunch bite, perhaps before, during, or after shopping. The menu has no surprises as it's a standard Starbucks, but the staff are friendly, make their coffees and drinks well, and keep the place clean and efficient. There's never a huge queue, though it can get rather busy. There's available outside seating, and inside it's very cool. No bells and whistle's and als a nice place to bring your laptop and get some work done.

The food is good(toasted fruit cake slice) the service was like 50 questions, why can’t I have a straight coffee…the atmosphere was corporate and sterile .

I took a chance and it didn’t pay off! The double macchiato is really bad and cost me £2.85!

It was quite dirty- I had to clean a table myself before I could sit there! The muffin I had was nice tho, and cheap for London
