The food was incredible! The chef makes the pasta and sauces daily and you could absolutely tell. We had the gnocchi Al la sorrentina Which was some of the best gnocchi I've ever tasted in my life. The sauce was a silky smooth and tasteful tomato sauce with a fantastic amount of cheese. We also had the carbonara which was excellent. Overall it was some of the best pasta I have had. The waitress Valeria is such an amazing, friendly person that I now feel I can call her a friend. Her partner Pasquale is the most incredible chef. We have had seafood linguine fresh from the sea in Crete and we still prefer Pasquale’s. The way he makes his salads, no one else can touch how good he is with food. Il Mirto is our new favourite restaurant. We’ve already been twice in one week.Really quaint, local vibe.The lady who owns it is super friendly.Food is excellent. Would definitely recommend!
