As a former colleague, I noticed there are so many changes in the store. This time, one of the colleagues who works in the Grocery dept, ignored me when I wanted help. Within a minute, another customer called his name and asked something. He was so friendly( Definetely his relative). 'Happy to help' has totally disappeared.

You can park your car there for 3 hours. However, the customer service staff of a nearby big supermarket just keep saying no more than 2 hours free parking. I had a feeling that such nearby big superM was not happy with your overtime shopping.

Has anyone else had a massive problem with their Christmas hams. Bought a large ham/gammon. To make honey glazed ham. Well, the first one split in 2 when rinsing it with cold water. So bad I went back to the store. Spoke to the manager and got a new one. I can't believe it's only gone and done it again. I'm fuming, I've had to tie the whole thing with string and pray it stays together. I'm not confident it will.......I'm so mad what a waste of my time energy and over £30.00. I won't be getting Christmas ham from asda again. I've found their standards have slipped, and the quality of food has gone way downhill.I think its going to be a change of venue, aldi seems to be way better and cheaper in the products.SORRY ASDA YOU'VE LOST A CUSTOMER.,...

Large car park area so plenty of space, although it canbge5 very packed. Has toilet facilities and a subway food place is also within the store. Staff are very friendly. They have operated tills, self service tills. All types of food from fresh meat/veg to frozen foods, normal grocery items, pharmacy, bakery.

Never any children’s parking, because the family parking spots are not monitored. I always see at least 3-5 customers that don’t have children parking in these bays. Do not use if you want ease of parking

Asda has become my go-to supermarket for its convenience and affordability. The store layout is efficient, helping me navigate aisles effortlessly. The variety of products is commendable, offering both well-known brands and budget-friendly alternatives. Fresh produce is consistently of good quality. While the checkout process is generally smooth, occasional queues can be a drawback. Nevertheless, Asda remains a reliable choice for my everyday shopping needs, thanks to its competitive prices and accessible locations.

Why can I not find a way to actually get out through on the phone to a human at Asda? Is it because you have no humans working there, you’re all robots?Spent nearly 10 min redialling going through the endless phone menu options only to have the call terminated every time I press 0 to speak to the operator. Why do you management people insist on making it freaking difficult for your customers to bloody call you? Are that cheap that you cannot afford to have someone answer the phone. Are customers that much of a bother for you?0 stars if I could because I now have to trek all the way there in bad weather because I cannot call ahead to speak to someone. Bunch of …..

A very terrible superstore, expired products, managers who treat you badly (Ketan, Nilam) and very racist. They said they don't hire Englishmen or other nationalities so that they don't complain. Employs only Indians. Many times water flows from the upstairs toilet and pisses directly on the products. A miserable superstore

No trolleys on 3 occasions I went there to shop, and it wasn't during rush hour time. Had to carry heavy heavy baskets x2 around the store. I was not impressed ?

Absolute waste of time and energy. First a fire alarm that took an hour to resolve. Then once I get in something is wrong with the tills and nothing is working. Literally went stood in Asda for 2 hours, doing nothing waiting for something to happen. Being asked to wait 5 more minutes for things to start working. Racist, useless staff. Horrible experience. Seriously, at this point just shut the store.

Very disappointed with the lack of service, I was coming here at 3am on 03.11.23 to buy stuff to cook for my family. I wanted to buy 24 tomato puree like I always do (they didn't have a problem with this before) after I went self checkout I was scanning and I needed help to scan my tomato puree so I called a worker over but he acted as if I wasn't there. He was talking to his friend then finally when it suited him he came to me and started being rude to me saying I can not buy 24 tomato purees. Asda had no problem a few days ago with my purchase I wonder why they had a problem now. The worker started saying it's the 'law' that I can only buy 6 tomato purees. I'm honestly disappointed since I had no problem until now. They didn't have any note saying I can only buy 6 per item. I bought 7 cucumbers and 10 tinned tomatoes but they didn't have a problem with them just my tomato puree. The manger said their store is like that, that you can not take more than 6 of the same thing. The machine didn't say no more then 6 on any item. Why let me take 10 tinned tomatos but not my other item?

The store itself it’s not bad but the staff are disgusting. 99% of employees are Indian and I was witnessing many times how they treat same nationality customers vs other customers! Today it happened to me when I was not let to use the self-checkout for trolleys even though it was empty and a lady in front of me (obv Indian) was free to do it and I was stopped by an Indian guy complaining that without a trolley I cannot purchase it here (bare in mind I only had ONE candle to pay for - literally 20 seconds transaction). After me and my friend paid each for one candle, we were stopped by this rude guy with orange headscarf and we were asked IF WE BOTH PAID? I showed him two receipts and he just nodded and not even apologized for abusing me of theft. This is unacceptable in 21st century and ASDA should definitely do something with this issue as I see complaints about this branch for years and it’s getting even worse. ‼️‼️ 5/11/2023 1pm
