Quite disappointed, ordered a foot long steak and cheese, only to find out that they no longer do the honey and mustard sauce.I only go there for that reason. The checkout took ages because the internet went down and they cut my foot long into two 6 inch subs(I know it's a bit picky,but it's easier to manage dealing with one piece).

There is an indian women working there, always a problem with her making subs. Always something missing with the sub e.g. toppings or sub not toasted properly. She doesn't not understand well I have to repeat myself 3 times for her to understand..like where do you find these doggy people subway

I’ve ordered foot long sub large meal on Uber eats today from this Subway, the sub was cold not toasted, no sauce or toppings were added whereas I’ve clearly mentioned about them on the order. The wedges were so soggy that first they were non edible, second it seemed that they were not made today. The cookies are usually delicious, but it was not of the quality I always had. How can they are still running their business!

The staff are very very slow. There is no sense of urgency. They are very unfriendly and act as if they don't really want to be there. Need slot of training in customer services. One member of staff is constantly wearing his air pods which should not be allowed. He can't hear a word of what customers are saying. You also have to pay 10pnfor the little bag which covers the sandwich. This is outrageous and should come as standard. They charge enough money. Staff should also be made aware of promotions knowing and checking if vouchers are allowed rather than refusing. Als the guy handling food should not be handling money at the till. Shop needs updating. The benches are worn. Shortage of staff as the other member is busy making sandwiches for delivery.

I visited this subway while I were on my tour to London. The food was ok but the guy at the counter was very unfriendly kind. It felt he was stopping himself to give me a smirk smile for reason I don't know. We told him we would need some time as the menu was entirely different from the subways in my country not that I didn't know how to order. He sounded very cold. While taking our order, he was mostly murmuring words under his breath and I had to ask him to repeat himself again. It's not I can't understand an accent as I mostly work with the UK clients, he could have made some efforts to sound more clear. I didn't like the vibes and never visited it again.

I tried meatball sandwich and chikhen sandwich. I loved meatball sandwich most. There are different types of sauce and salad. I didn't like mastered sweet chili sauce.

I went in there and omg the flies swarming this place unbelievable like they have a fly trapper guessing that doesn’t work and don’t get me started on the air conditioning absolutely non existent place feels like hells cafeteria

Poor service, bottled drinks not cold or in fridge. No hot drinks. Won't be returning.

Ordered on the app for collection, my order wasn't ready, and hadn't even arrived at the store, so I had to tell the girl what I wanted verbally and it took an extra 30 minutes as I had to queue. They were also charging higher prices than the offers on their boards, there was 4 unhappy customers during my 30 min wait. I think the one member of staff was trained in making sandwiches, but nothing else. During the whole time a bell was ringing to tell her I was waiting, but she couldn't access my order. To finish things off she wanted me to pay again, even when I showed her my invoice and PayPal receipt. I refused and fled with my sandwich. Never again.

This store is soo poor If it wasn't for some of the staff I think it should be shut down!Hardly ever have what you need, toasty bite breads are always stale and there are never any that are defrosted, I stopped visiting this store before and had forgotten why, stepped in yesterday 15/7/2021 and still bad, only due to the sales assistant AHMAD was why I continued to purchase something, that young man needs a raise!!Please bring this store to scratch or get rid of it, as it appears to be poorly managed and what's on offer is hardly ever the full menu displayed
