Sent me the wrong pizza! then when I asked them to take it and bring me the right one, they sent me a pizza with way to much sauce on it, the toppings couldn’t stay on and where sliding off, poor service! I wasn’t in pressed but just could not be bothered to complain again.

Ordered food from here on sons birthday.Ordered a combo side (serves four apparently)Charge 9 pounds for some chicken and tiny amount of wedges)I called to explain I wasn't happy with the portion size as it was tiny.They said they "couldn't do anything"No customer service skills over priced food .In the end had to go morleys to get more food .Thanks for nothing I'd avoid

Something must have been changed recently with these guys. Clearly they don’t care customers anymore….I used to get pizzas from this shop for years. Went to get pizzas on Sunday evening- nobody cares- the lady didn’t even bother to reply when my pizzas will be ready as the Dominos app notified me it was ready for collection so entered the shop..very poor customer service with very poor quality pizzas! No stuffing in stuffed crust pizzas- thirsty whole night after eating their pizzas which is a clear sign of dough not being matured enough before cooking. I can only suggest them to improve their standard of service and quality to retain loyal customer …

Pizza came piled into one side of the box. I contacted the store and they told me i couldn't get a refund and didn't return my email. I tried to contact customer care and the ensure you can't post complaints by claiming the date format is invalid, pretty smart to be fair but not great for the customer. I have always without fail had a severe stomach ache from Dominos. 30 pounds later and i have a pile of ingredients in a box....
