I recently visited with my fiancé for her birthday. We ordered brunch which arrived in good time. Sadly one item was undercooked, so I asked for a replacement. When the replacement arrived this was also undercooked! The rest of my brunch was lovely and my fiancé couldn’t fault her well sized eggs royale. Nene Cafe, Bar & Kitchen is an amazing little cafe with a friendly staff. Tulay's homemade lemonade is a standout and truly delicious. I will definitely be coming back for more of their delightful offerings.
After a number of visits I have consistently found Nene to be a really warm and friendly place to eat. Despite the relatively small interior you never feel cramped and the decor is bright and fresh. The staff are attentive and friendly, even if they do seem a little rushed when the place is busy, occasionally making minor errors with orders.
