This review relates to the Costs Coffee shop immediately on the north side of the river, under Tower Bridge. This place does not possess a toilet. It is my understanding that food and drink outlets with 10 or more seats must, by law, provide a toilet for customers. Not sure how they have got round this

Unpleasant service experience, very tired employees and very arrogant in their answers. Never again costa .

Quite simply, it's the table on the end of the balcony, in a stunning contemporary glass box, that offers one of the worlds greatest coffee views looking down over the Tower of London & Tower Bridge. Friendly staff await to serve you your Costa Coffee favourites and share a natter, whilst getting here you're best to walk back around from the main road as most people do not dare climb the tiny stone entrance stairs hidden in plan sight at the front. Skip the tourist queues and experience a quirk of London's coffee shop adventures at one of the greatest tables to enjoy a coffee from in Britain.

Visited here as it’s next to the Tower of London (and cheaper than eating in the tower) and just had a black tea and bacon bap. The service was excellent, bacon roll Cooked perfectly and it was so nice to have the tea in an actual teapot! Great view of the tower and able to sit outside too!

Nice vibe. Good coffee and a very tasty sausage, bacon and egg in a brioche bun!

Called in here about 9.00 on a Sunday morning before our tour of the Tower of London. There were 2 staff working and about 6 or 7 customers in front of us. It appears that the staff were not clued in. They were very slow. A couple in front of us left the shop without ordering. I ordered a coffee and had to ask twice for milk. I then had to remind one of the staff that I has a toasted sandwich in the toaster.

Well we're do i start.staff always have a smile and they try to remember your face so they always know what you want in advance.i look forward to going to tesco just to get a Costa and see a smiling face always cheers me up.Well done to all the staff there keep up the good work
I wanted a nice drink to wake me up and hot water to have some noodles for lunch. The lady basically did her best to waste my time by making me wait about 10 minutes for the payment and when I told her I had a costa account, I waited another 5 minutes. She then told me she would allow me to have hot water this one time like I should feel grateful for something so basic. I was willing to pay for it too … and I was told I’m not allowed to eat it in the sitting/dining area with no reason whatsoever.I wanted to sit and work on my laptop while drinking but I was definitely not welcome. The attitude and the service was unnecessary and I will definitely not go back. Very disappointed in costa.

The attitude from the 2 baristas that was on was disgusting,They were rude and treated you like dirt,I’ve never been so rudely spokenTrying to rush so that she could spend the rest of there shifts on phoneThat’s terrible customer service she should even be in the job
