Restaurant was just closed as we arrived. Staff allowed us to get take away elsewhere and dine in using their cutlery,crockery and condiments. Fantastic friendly staff. Definitely be coming back to dine. Selling real ale £2.95 per pint on our visit. This review will be updated once we sample food.Been back for food and ti watch Newcastle v Manchester City match. It’s a nice pub, good for watching football, although food is fabulous the wait is a bit much for me, normally 45 mins, if you don’t mind waiting it’s fine I guess, but sometimes I only want to visit for an hour and I’m hungry !

The Goat is a lovely pub!! Went in on Saturday for a breakfast it was delicious! Double egg double sausage well done chef Kallie you cured our hangovers ? Roast dinners are number 1 ?
